❓
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What's the difference between a standard inverter and a solar inverter?
A standard inverter only accepts AC input. A solar inverter not only accepts AC input but also connects with solar panels for DC input, significantly saving power and increasing efficiency.
Q2: What should be considered when installing the inverter?
Install the product in a well-ventilated, cool, dry, and waterproof location. Avoid stressing the unit or placing foreign objects inside. Always turn on the inverter before connecting your appliances.
Q3: Do we need to set parameters before use?
No, our preset parameters are designed for normal use immediately. The inverter features AI intelligent operation, though manual adjustments can be made in a few simple steps if required.
Q4: What are the typical payment terms for orders?
We generally require 100% T/T in advance for sample orders. For bulk orders, the standard is 50% T/T in advance and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
Q5: What is the estimated delivery time?
Sample orders are typically processed within 3-5 days. Bulk orders generally take between 15-25 days depending on the volume and specifications.
Q6: How is your production capacity for these units?
Our facility has a monthly output exceeding 50,000 inverter units and 30,000 water pump units, ensuring reliable supply for regular and bulk orders within 5-24 days.
